M O O D . Satya - La vérité 🗣 . « Celui qui est ancré dans la sincérité de ses actes verra le fruit de ses actions accompli » - Yoga Sutras de Patanjali. Non sans partir dans un débat philosophique sur la vérité (car à mon sens il y a autant de vérités que d’hommes sur terre), je trouve ce principe yogique très intéressant pour notre quotidien. Pour le yogi, Satya consiste à être vrai, authentique, honnête et sincère. C’est lié notamment au Chakra de la gorge (Vishuddhi ou Vishuddha) qui englobe la communication sous toutes ses formes (communication orale mais aussi notre capacité d’écoute). C’est le point de tout ce que nous ressentons et ce qui nous tient à coeur. Un chakra de la gorge équilibré permet de penser ce que l’on dit et d’agir de même. Etre totalement en accord avec nous-même donc. Honnête avec nous-même et avec qui nous sommes. Chaque fois que vous irez à l’encontre de vos ressentis, que vous vous mentirez à vous-même, que vous ne réagirez pas à une situation qui vous bouleverse, … vous irez donc à l’encontre de vous-même et à l’encontre de votre propre vérité. Ce principe de vérité, pour moi, est donc le fait que pour vivre heureux et libre, il faut apprendre à dire ce que l’on pense profondément (sans chercher à vouloir TOUT dire pour autant, certaines choses n’ont pas besoin d’être dites!) et être en accord avec ces paroles en pesant bien chaque mot, avoir une parole intègre sans aller contre soi ou autrui. Comme le dit les 4 accords toltèques : que votre parole soit impeccable. Alors certes, chacun sa vision de la « vérité » et chacun a sa propre vérité (nous avons tous un passé, des expériences et un référentiel différent) mais le plus important est d’être en accord avec sa propre vérité. Day 3 of the #AloUsAligned challenge is Connection - Pyramid. When life gets hectic, I stay connected with myself by taking a step back from everything and bring my awareness to my breath 😌. I try to go a quiet and peaceful place if possible, preferably outdoors somewhere 🌴 and have a comfortable seat. I spend a few minutes with my eyes closed, taking deep inhalations and deep exhalations while reminding myself that nothing is permanent. I remind myself that things could be worse and to be grateful for what I have. Besides, I’d way rather be busy than to be bored 😅!! By taking just these few minutes to do the above mentioned things, I find that those overwhelming emotions of anxiety, stress and worry quickly pass ☺️. . 🧘🏼‍♀️ Como equilibrar os chakras principais 💭 . -> Quando silenciamos a mente, acalmamos as emoções e direcionamos nossa consciência para cada um dos Chakras, podemos sentir como a energia flui neles. Basicamente a energia estará fluindo nas frequências do medo ou do amor, de modo fraco ou mais intenso. Quando um Chakra trabalha na frequência do medo, sentimos desconforto e inquietação ao nos concentramos nele. Se estiver na frequência do amor, você sentirá uma sensação de paz, plenitude e terá vontade de dar um leve sorriso. -> Sentindo a Energia dos Seus Chakras Após algumas tentativas será mais fácil sentir as energias dos seus Chakras, mas o importante é começar.  Em pouco tempo de prática você já ficará surpreso com os resultados. ~~40 days Happiness challenge~~ . . Last year I gave up social media for 46 days as part of lent which did wonders for my mental health and wellbeing. As a dietitian, I’ve been trained in motivational interviewing, behaviour change techniques and worked for 4 years a Mental Health Dietitian with those recovery from Eating Disorders. So promoting good mental health is a big passion of mine. . . This year I’m trying something different by restricting my social media hours to a minimal per week and posting 40 days of happiness challenge. . . At the end of each challenge day, I’ll let you know what I’ll be doing next so you can join in with me! . . Today is Day 1 and it’s CLEAN SHEETS. . .
