What a beautiful day it is today and I'm definetly taking advantage of it. It feels great soaking in some vitamin D and getting oxygen to your muscles, especially if you've been working from home and doing the same cycle indoots...bed, couch, chair, table, repeat.

Hydration is key especially as you start to enjoy the warmer weather. Absolutely love #flow water that i buy at my local #superstore in all flavours they come in...today I'm enjoying watermelon+lime. Flow water is high alkaline spring water with a P.H of 8.1. Their core value is sustainability...which is one of the many reasons why I'm a big fan besides the yummy flavours.
Some other tips to help you stay hydrated:
☀️Keep a bottle or glass of water next to you and sip on it throughout the day....ensure to keep filling your glass as you finish each one ☀️Add lemon or lime slices to your water, especially if you dont like the taste of plain water. ☀️Drink water before, during, and after a workout
☀️When you're feeling hungry, drink water. .
☀️Another healthy and delicious alkaline beverage....go checkout my green juice i posted yesterday...celery, cucumber and fennel!
When you start to nourish your body both inside and out, you start to take care of yourself not just pysically but mentally and IT SHOWS!
