5 ideas for a TREAT YO SELF day without breaking the bank!
We ALL need a treat yo self day every once in a while, but don’t want to break the bank when it happens. Pamper days are a great way to “vacay” without hopping on a plane, traveling to a new state or even continent, and still feeling relaxed, renewed, and ready to take on the next day. Pamper days help us mentally let’s be honest.
So here’s 5 ways to create one without spending tons of $$! 1. Take a long hot bath 🛁- Baths are way to overlooked and need to be appreciated more. Also to the MEN! YOU CAN TAKE BATHS TOO! It does not mean you are any less manly lol. Just soaking in a bath tub undistracted with your favorite tunes playing is a great way to relax. For added pampering, through in a bath bomb!
2. Eat something sweet 🍫- My go to is definitely chocolate! But if there’s a treat that you crave, go ahead and TREAT YO SELF!
3. Watch your favorite show with no distractions 📺- that’s right! Turn your phone on silent or do not disturb, turn on your show and relax. This is your YOU TIME!
4. Light a scented candle 🕯- Something about the aroma of a candle that is just soothing. Add this to when you take a bath and you are set for a relaxing time.
5. Order in- take a break from cooking for a hot second, order your favorite meal *just because you order it doesn’t mean you can’t make it healthy too* eat from the containers because who has time for dishes on a pamper day 🤷🏼♀️ and enjoy! Look for coupons or deals for that restaurant if you want to save more money!
